I've been burned by contractors before - one guy literally ghosted me mid-project. So I was nervous hiring someone new. But from the first phone call I could tell this was different. He not only fixed it same day but also noticed our filter was the wrong size and grabbed the right one on his way back. Saved our visit (and probably my marriage lol).
